A white and blue submarine explores the bottom of the ocean after diving over 100 feet below the surface. As it cruises along, you see all kinds of marine life and artificial reefs such as sunken ships and remnants of an airplane hull. We’re slowly moving towards the sub, and we can see that from each of the portholes on it, different color lights flash. The reason for that is that this isn’t your normal, built-for-war submarine but the Atlantis Submarine of Waikiki, designed for one thing and one thing only: underwater partying. At least that is what “Cholo” Giovanni Santana is using it for this evening. We enter the very spacious and air-conditioned submarine through one of the portholes and see a party in full blast. Latin music plays loudly, a bunch of people, some wrestlers you know, some TFCE staff and planners, and even some charity reps are either on the long dance floor or sitting on sofas just shooting the breeze and drinking the night away. Cholo is right in the middle of the dance floor, wearing one of his classic colorful button-down shirts, white Bermuda shorts and some sandals. His shirt is unbuttoned, allowing the females he is dancing with to fight over who gets to touch his amazing physique. One tries to touch his afro, but he quickly grabs her hand.
Cholo: Woah Mamacita, no one touches the ‘fro.
After a while Cholo asks for a break and the ladies while disappointed, let him go and continue to dance on their own. Cholo hits the bar, asking for an Uxmal, a Mexican cocktail that is full of Mezcal, Cholo’s favorite spirit. Cholo heads to the back and is allowed to enter a VIP quarter of sorts. Once inside, he sees his manager and Godfather, Paco “The Drinking Time Bomb” Perez having a good time with some ladies of his own. He looks up at his nephew and smiles.
Paco: What’s up Mi’jo?
Cholo: Promo time, take it to the dance floor.
Paco: Orale.
The ladies help him up and they head out as Cholo flops on the sofa, kicks off his sandals and relaxes, taking a long sip of his drink.
Cholo: Hola mi gente! Remember Cholo? Well, he had such an amazing time at the last fiesta Tara threw, that he just had to come back and do it all again. Cholo is sad it is not a cruise, he loves boats, but Waikiki is beautiful so he will not front! Not only it is an amazing time, but it is also all for charity and Cholo is once again bringing awareness to his favorite charity: Humanium. Cholo: Besides representing a charity, Cholo is also representing the WGWF! That’s right, Cholo now has a promotion to call home, ran by “El Cronico” Chris Page so just like Cholo does with his charities, he wants to make his home promotion not only look good but feel proud for having the sexiest Latin wrestler in the world reppin’ them in this event. So, for those of you who love Cholo and can’t get enough of him, come watch him take the WGWF by storm!
Another pause, and this time we see the WGWF logo as well as air date and time for the show he just mentioned.
Cholo: No storms here though, the weather is perfect in Waikiki and Cholo cannot believe he waited this long to come to this beautiful place. Now at last year’s cruise, Cholo was involved in a 3-way dance match with Dean Harper and Dylan Black. The match didn’t go my way, Cholo lost and that was that. This time Cholo is back, wanting to redeem himself; he’s here to RUMBA as he will be competing on the night one rumble event. Now Cholo doesn’t have time to go over everyone who is in this thing, plus we all know at the end of the day, doing well in a rumble comes down to this: the luck of the draw, making alliances and being the smarter wrestler in the ring. Now Cholo can’t control the first, but he has the brains and you best believe that Cholo will be looking to make plenty of amigos in there, so he lasts until the end. Cholo does have one real friend actually, “Venom” Xavier Lux, so hopefully we’re in it about the same time and we can dominate… Though the dude is more of a loner, so who knows. The only other name Cholo wants to mention is Dylan Black and that’s because he’s one of the two Cholo faced last year as he mentioned. Some may say we have unfinished business; some wanted a 1-on-1 match between him and Cholo… But mi gente, there is no hostility from Cholo. If Corey and Cholo cross paths two things will happen, either we let bygones be bygones and try to help each other win, or we pick up right where we left off and continue to beat each other’s culos.
He finishes his drink and that is reason enough to get up and head back out to the bar and the party, but before he does, he looks back at us…
Cholo: Who knows what’s going to really happen at TFCE Night 1, so you are just going to have to tune in mi gente. Arriba!
Cholo closes the door, and we fall out of one of the portholes, back into the ocean. We can see Cholo and his award-winning afro moving down the sub, as he rejoins the party. The sub gets further and further away from us until it is out of sight.
